All items available through our website and/or our eBay Store are in brand new condition and will ship in the original box.
Items will be shipped upon confirmation of payment. Shipping to the lower 48 states is through UPS Ground and is $12.00. We are willing to combine shipping so the more you buy, the more you can save on shipping! Shipping to HI or AK will be more, please inquire for costs. Shipping to Canada via USPS Priority Mail International is $20.00 for Old World ornaments and $27.00 for any heavier items, such as the Dept. 56 Villages.
We accept PayPal as well as money orders, cashiers checks, credit cards (which you can give us via our secure 800 number above) and personal checks. For personal checks, please allow up to 5-7 days upon our receiving of the check before shipment of item is made.

All items are sent mint in brand new condition in their official box and packaged with great care to prevent breakage. All items are guaranteed to be shipped in perfect condition. Insurance is optional at $1.30. If you DO purchase insurance, we accept returns on damaged items only and require that the item be sent back to us for verification of the damage at which point we would send you a replacement if available. If you receive an item that is damaged or broken and DO NOT purchase insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or mishandling during transit and thus cannot accept returns on that item.
